My First Book Club is specifically designed for kids ages 5-7. (Kids do NOT need to be reading on their own to attend.) Books will include longer picture books and early readers. Kids will be informed of the book a month in advance so they'll have the opportunity to read the book at home with their parents before the meetings. Meetings will take place once a month, always on a Monday, and will include a reading of the selected book (to refresh everyone's memory), a short discussion, and a fun activity or craft.
Poetry and Wine Book Group (great poetry, decent wine)

Kindness Project Book Group (for families)
Monday, January 30th | 6:30 p.m.
This month we kick off our newest book group, this one for families! Each month we’ll pick a book related to the Kindness Project theme and invite families to read it together and come join us in discussion. This month’s theme is the refugee experience, and we’ve picked a classic to talk about: The Hundred Dresses, by Eleanor Estes! If you love the book, or you love the topic, please join us for what we hope is an ongoing, fun endeavor for the whole community!
