The Chipotle Salsa & Guacamole Demonstration Event!

Friday, May 12th – 5 pm

Here’s an interesting pairing.

We start with the folks from Chipotle Mexican Grill who will provide a 15-minute salsa and guacamole demonstration.

This will be followed by … THE MAIN EVENT:

Author Adam Rubin!

He has a new book: Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel. Adam has written all kinds of great picture books including Dragons Love Tacos (which has been on the New York Times best seller list for so long — 168 weeks as of their listing for May 21st — that they’ve moved in a couch), Robo-Sauce, Secret Pizza Party, and Those Darn Squirrels. And he’s really funny. In an act of beautific simplicity, here’s his website: Adam Rubin has a website.com. (Actually, he has another as well.)

Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel has already debuted at #1 on the New York Times best seller list!!!

Now, I know what you’re all asking yourselves: Dragons Love Tacos is sooooooooo good. Could the sequel (Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel) be better than the original (Dragons Love Tacos)?

The answer (in the form of a series of questions): Was The Godfather Part II better than The Godfather? Was The Empire Strikes Back better than Star Wars? Was Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan better than Star Trek: The Motion Picture? Was The Odyssey better than The Iliad?

So here’s how it’s going to go. We’ll see the Chipotle demonstration. Then Adam will give a reading. Maybe it will be The Illiad. Maybe it will be Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel. We’ll just have to wait and see. Then we’ll ask him some questions and, presumably, he’ll give us some answers.

Then we’ll have a chance to nibble on salsa and guac and Adam will sign and personalize your books.

The first 150 kids will receive a special kids meal card from Chipotle!

Get a free “Save the Tacos” Bumper Sticker!

Buy your copy of Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel from Little Shop of Stories (it’s on sale now!) and then go to this website and follow the directions. You will also be entered to win the Ultimate Taco Party gift basket!
